Funnel Cake Doughnuts
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
(Combine & Let sit)
4 Eggs
4 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Splenda Naturals
(Blend these 3 ingredients in the Magic Bullet)
1 Cup of Mandy's Baking Blend
1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
1 tsp baking powder
(combine these 3 dry ingredients.)
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Mix Dry Mix, Egg Mix, Milk, Butter, & vanilla.
Pipe in to doughnut pan
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
These really want to stick so spray the pan good. They are soft in center just like a funnel cake so be gentle taking them out of the pan. Top with powdered sweetener. I powder my own in the Magic Bullet. I did try to fry these as an actual funnel cake, but they didn't hold together. I may have had my oil too hot though.
