Bread / French Toast


BREAD

1 1/2 Cups & 2 Tbsp Mandys Baking Blend
5 Tbsp Psyllium Husks
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
Dash of Mineral Salt
5 eggs
1/3 Cups Melted Butter
3/4 Cup Almond Milk Mixed With 2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (Let this sit for a bit before adding to mix
1/2 Cup 4% Cottage Cheese (Blended To Creamy In Blender)

Bake in prepared loaf pan.  400 Degrees 35 minutes.
Be sure to cool fully before eating.  I tried it warm & didn't like it.  Once it cooled it was fabulous!

FRENCH TOAST

For the French Toast, I don't really measure I mix
2 Eggs
Almond Milk
Splenda Naturals
Cinnamon
Vanilla

Slice the bread, dip in the egg mixture, & then brown on both sides.
I top with Butter & Stevia Syrup.
