Cauliflower Rice Sides 3 Ways! (Rice PIlaf, Mexican Rice, Fried Rice)


Tip - Make Sure your Cauliflower Rice is cooked through so you don't get that super strong Cauliflower taste.  Cook it until it starts to appear more clear.  This will take a bit.  At this point it will take on more of the flavor of your seasonings & have less of the Cauliflower flavor.


BASE  All of my Cauliflower Rice Sides start with this1 Small to Medium Onion, Chopped
3+ Garlic Cloves
1 Bag Of Aldi Cauliflower Rice
Sautee These 3 Ingredients In Avocado Oil
Season with Pink Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder & Garlic Powder

RICE PILAF
Sautee Fresh Or Canned Mushrooms along with the BASE

MEXICAN RICE
Add to the BASE
1 Small Can Of No Sugar Added Tomato Sauce (Aldi)
1 Can Of Rotel Style Tomatoes, Drained (Aldi)
Add To Seasonings... Chili Powder, Cumin, Cayenne, & Paprika
Let Simmer for a bit before serving.

FRIED RICE
Sautee Fresh Or Canned Mushrooms along with the BASE
(Optional, Sauteeing In a Bag Of Broccoli Slaw Is SO Good As Well.)
Add Some Ginger Powder To The Seasonings
Scramble Two Eggs. Move The Rice Over To The Side Of The Pan. In The Empty Space, Pour Your Scrambled Eggs.  Scramble Them Around There & Get Them Cooked & Then Toss Them In With The Rice.
Top With Your Liquid Or Coconut Aminos (Soy Sauce)
Sometimes I'll Add Some Butter & Extra Garlic To This As Well
